Bed came only with two pillows, we asked for more and they only gave two more and refused to give four. Only bar soap in the bathroom, no other toilitries. The outside is a little worn down, but the room was clean and upgraded to basic floors and bathroom. No in room fridge or microwave, basic bedroom for basic price. Close to shopping and food, and freeway access. Area felt safe.

I paid for a nonspoking room. However , when I arrived , the front desk attendant informed me that all they had was smoking rooms. Because it was late at night and other hotels were booked.I was shown 3 options of smoking rooms. All of them were filled with roaches , and the stench was unbearable.

The place apparently has no hot water In the whole building they put me in they failed to mention this upon check in so I went to tell the front staff and they informed me the whole building doesn’t have any hot water in the rooms and they couldn’t move me or give me my money back which is unacceptable as the main reason I booked a place to stay here was so that I could shower !

They don't check on the guest that stay longer than a day . You have to ask everyday you stay over a night or new towels the maids don't clean the rooms up to par . The guest are nosie they try to look all in your room when you have the door slightly open or the window they are loud and it be strange either homeless people or people that do drugs just walking around your cars looking like they are trying to get into your car or something. It be a lot of Police activity that makes you uncomfortable how they come around the property
