“The view from the property overlooking the sea was beautiful and phenomenal. The room space was sufficient and clean. What I didn’t like was the fact that to get there, the drive up to the house was very steep and if you don’t know how to handle the drive, it’s problematic. The second thing I didn’t like was that while the property boasted about having a pool, it was only when me and my family arrived we were informed that the pool wasn’t working due to not filtering properly. Check-in was okay, but things went downhill later that night when there was a nationwide power outage. The hotel generator did not kick in automatically, and when it eventually did, our room’s AC still didn’t work. We later discovered that other guests had AC, which made the situation even more frustrating. When we raised the issue at the front desk, we were told the ACs do not work on……
