The Hotel was wonderful. The food was delicious and the staff was super friendly. The buffet was great every night and the other 5 restaurants were awesome. Just keep in mind you have to make reservations for them, either thru the app or in person. On another day I saw one of their life guards save an older lady from almost drowning in the RIU Splash section of the hotel. The entertainment, did not disappoint at all! Every night, there was something to do, there was dancing, music and shows. My favorite day was especially on Saturday night! On this particular Saturday they were having a white party in another hotel at Ocho Rios. Transportation was included! My wife and I had a blast!
The only negative thing I have to say is not directed towards the hotel itself but with one gentleman that arranges activities & transportation for the hotels guests. The day we were leaving, my family & I waited and waited for a pick-up and drop-off to the airport. No one picked us up, even though we had arranged this prior. We ended up paying $100 out of pocket getting to the airport. So be careful with this gentlemen, He doesn't seem reliable and his demeanor felt as if he didn't want to be there.
