Eric, over operations was wonderful making he a point to make sure we knew he was available if we needed anything- waiters Zac and Andrew provided exceptional service. "Stayed 7 nights in their suite with my bf. Our room was spacious and clean. The lighting in the bedroom is dim there were just lamps. The shower in the suite room is HUGE and the water pressure was good. The pool is very clean and water is warm. The bar staff by the pool is super friendly, drinks strong. I recommend getting breakfast included. They have buffet style on weekends and made to order food from a menu. If not covered buffet is $30 per person and breakfast for two from the menu would run you around $50-$60 including the automatic 20% gratuity. Food is hot and fresh and shout out to the waitress we had every morning! Deposit fee is $25 per night. Parking is $18 +tax a night for in and out privileges. Lots of parking available front and back of the hotel. Overall hospitality and quality of stay was 10/10. Would definitely stay here again! "

"The room was very nice & clean. Only issue was when sitting on balcony, relaxing, enjoying the ocean. There was 5 lady’s next door smoking all night on balcony. They were very loud laughing and having fun at 11:30. I had to go down to the front desk to let them know what was going on. They ask if they wanted to move, yes they upgraded me to a suite which was very nice. The staff was excellent, the restaurants had excellent food, they had a shuttle to their other property, which was very convenient. I would stay there again highly recommend excellent service. "
