"Stopped here for one night. We arrived at 01:30 in the morning and were greeted by two friendly faces who were keen to chat and ask us about our day. Our room was like brand new. Really pleasant decor with a homely feel. Long gone the drab and boring rooms. The bathroom with modern tiled shower was excellent and the room was so clean. We paid for breakfast and this was excellent. There was something for all and felt it represented excellent value for money. Highly recommend "

"It as a beautiful 1400 Grade 1-listed building, which was great, but I had problems with the shower. In my initial room the water was lukewarm at best. I was moved to another where the water was hot but the shower was weak. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was good. They had soya milk for my coffee."

So s.all on this stay that watching the football i had difficulty seeing who was who and were the ball was. Otherwise the staff are friendly the meal i had very good.
