“We had a lovely stay in Guelph at this unit. The apartment was clean and had everyyhing we needed for our stay. Communication with Mihaela was great, and she made sure to check in with us once the trip was booked and again just before our stay. ”

“We had a great stay! It was cozy, clean and the hosts were very responsive. If you want to use the fire pit, the wood is not provided. We have suggested to the host to indicate this in the property description.”.”

“This basement unit was very clean, bright, and newly updated. It was well equipped and in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. We appreciated the safety features of motion sensor lights at night, anti slip treads on the back steps and the covered entry way/steps. The host was excellent at responding to my questions and very nice to deal with! We would definitely go back to stay again!”

“Communication with host was excellent. This is a good place for young travelers, not multi-generational. The property was clean and easy to locate. On the downside, the stairs were narrow, the beds were not very comfortable, and there was only one full bath so for morning shower with 6 of us, it took a long time. It would have been very helpful to have an extra shower. There was no dishwasher and the washer already had bedsheets and could not be used. We also had trouble pulling the keys from……

“First and foremost this booking got booked for the wrong dates which resulted in a very distressing experience for my family. We arrived at the property around 9:00 PM with my senior parents and young child, expecting to check in, only to be told that our reservation period had already ended. We were left stranded at night with nowhere to stay. The host refused to let us check in and also refused to provide any refund, forcing us to find last-minute accommodation at a significantly higher……

“The property was nice and well kept. Host was easy to get in touch with, listing stated check in was at 3pm, and the checking process stated 4pm. The host corrected this and gave us 3pm checkin. I would consider this property again”

“The size, configuration and amenities suited our party very comfortably. The location was convenient to our activities in Kitchener Waterloo. Ahead of our very late checkin, the host let us know of an issue with the furnace. He was able to mitigate with several space heaters, so we were comfortable for the remainder of the stay. Being a very old house, with the arrival of warmer weather, there was an influx of ants around the doors; perhaps some ant traps would slow them down. Overall, a cute……
