"The staff was very friendly, and we appreciated the overall style of the hotel, although it felt somewhat worn and dated. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room was nice and spacious.
However, we missed having basic amenities such as coffee or tea-making facilities in the room. There was also no minibar, even though a fridge was available. At breakfast, we would have appreciated the option of sparkling wine.
Overall, the experience did not match what we would expect from a five-star...
