"The apartment is located in the heart of historic Ferrara. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Everything is within walking distance. Since we stayed for 2 weeks the washer/dryer came in handy. When we arrived Doris was there to greet us and explain how everything worked. The apartment was very clean. "It was my second time staying at this hotel. I returned this year because I enjoyed my stay before. Bicycles are available. Safe and secure location. I believe the rooms were once apartments that were converted into hotel rooms, so they are spacious, they have a kitchenette and a very sturdy door. The hotel staff is very nice. Great communication."
