「This hotel was such a surprise! We had an unexpected layover in the Azores, and booked this hotel at the last minute. 「Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und hatte eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Mir persönlich fehlte ein wenig mehr Auswahl an Wurst, Käse und Marmelade. Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Lage war sehr gut, da sehr zentral. Und trotz der Straße nach vorne raus war es im Hotel sehr leise. Gut war auch der zum Zimmer gehörige Balkon. 「Do not expect a 4 star property because it is a 2 star. The property needs a lot of repairs and updates. Breakfast is the same everyday and besides scrambled eggs they have beans and mushrooms, never offered bacon and ham only one day. We booked for 5 days thinking that 2 would be to relax by the pool, but it was closed the whole time we were there. The staff is nice and accommodating and it is the best asset of the property. Also, the location is not the best if you don’t have a car.」
