“Breakfast was delicious each day and the staff is amazing!!!”

“THE GOOD: The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good...what you would typically expect from a "free" breakfast, and it is delivered to your door. We had a balcony, "ocean view" room, and our friends were in a "regular" room. The breakfast menus for the "free" food were different. We had a few extra and better choices. “I went down over memorial Day weekend. The location is very good if you want to go into town or go to the beach you're kind of in between. Easy to get to. The issue is with the towels and the room. We're only given two towels, and they were thin as paper and as scratchy as glass on sandpaper. The air conditioner was very loud and to make the room comfortable it had to be set very low. The TV remote control was just basically a pain in the ass. And the TV was poor quality .”

“Quaint little B & B type place and I would stay here again if I travel to St Augustine again. It’s close to everything you want to see! Breakfast was great & my room was great. Only downside is the buildings are old and sound travels loudly when you’re on the second floor of a 3-4 room area of one of the cottages & the guests nearest your room don’t consider the need to close doors gently late in the evening or early in the morning. I would ask for a main floor room if I ever have the chance to……
