“Nice relaxing stay, if booking through 3rd party be careful of room designation offered we nearly fell foul of that as originally not as shown on booking and upon confirming with hotel found an error as hotel had put us in room 1/2 size at highest point in hotel best to book direct imo. For disabled requirements a bit misleading as there are none. Staff helpful and some EV charging available not shown on website.”

“Nice clean and spacious room in a great location. The digital check in was easy and the instructions describing the process were thorough. My only complaint is that there was not a hair dryer in the room.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was great for dinner and a game of pool had had a playground outside that the kids enjoyed. Breakfast was good. A lot of garbage around the outdoor property surrounding hotel, parking lot and outdoor eating/ playground area.”

“Excellent, highly recommend, high end decorations would stay again. Great Location, near attractions and restaurants. Comfy bed and good shower pressure and hot water. They had a working A/C. Good Wi-Fi and smart TV. Also great elevator! My favorite accommodation during our 3 1/2 week trip through Scotland. Streets are one way so beware when trying to find the apartment. Also, no available street parking nearby, best to pay the extra 20 pounds a day for parking. A small microwave would have……

“Comfortable stay with a choice of to places to eat. I choose to eat in the less formal restaurant and the food was excellent.”

“Very large, clean and comfortable room. Staff were outgoing and attentive to any of our needs. I was hoping for a more authentic castle experience, but furnishings were basic and a bit worn out. The restaurant service was slow due to under-staffing, but the staff were all friendly and engaging and the food was good. Overall, a comfortable stay, but don't expect much of an experience.”

“Large, comfortable, clean and quiet room No creaking of floors or stairs. Tasty and well prepared breakfast. Fruit salad and really.tasty yoghurts great way to start the days followed by a tasty vege cooked breakfast. Welcoming and friendly host”
