「My room was cozy and nice. Walking distance to city centre. Hotel provided free parking which was really good. Staff were friendly. Will stay again.」

「It was very clean.....Steve was very helpful....giving us directions into town and booked taxi ......very friendly....would recommend.... would definitely use again.」

「Property lovely, high standard interior. Staff on reception felt a little awkward as if on guard sat at a desk near the stairs but were always friendly. Access was a little difficult due to cars parked around the entrance to the car park. I guess to avoid the additional charge per night extra charge which we paid. Upon leaving our car was covered in tree sap but it will wash off. We stayed for 4 days and no one came into our room to empty our bins, replenish toiletries or restock the hot drink...

「It’s okay hotel if you don’t expect welcoming from them. It was hot in our room even they provided a little fan and oscillating fans but it was hot day. The shower is too hot to handle and so is the tap.」

「Room is clean. Breakfast is OK. Interior decorations is a bit old or you will love it as it is Victoria style.」

「Excellent hotel」
