「This hotel is stunningly beautiful. It’s was a school board building that was restored its original glory. The staff is friendly and helpful. Additionally, it’s within walking distance to almost every attraction in the downtown area. We loved staying there, and if we go back to Cleveland, we will stay there again.」

「I have no real complaints - there was a fire station right across the street so there were sirens througout the day. Luckily they weren't overly bothersome to me. One of the (2) elevators was down during my stay. Parking is across the street, which was tedious at times, but ultimately not a big deal. The room was clean and the staff friendly, so I'd stay here again in the future.」
