「Beach Guest House is very clean and new built property. AC in every room, shareable kitchen is completely set up with all you need for living There is many restaurants around the house, grocery store, everything in walkable areas Mattress and pillows are very comfortable. 「洗澡水不熱只有花灑沒有蓮蓬頭很怪浴室加熱棒不開反應說八點半會開卻直到隔天八點半也沒有房間外面有臭味」

「The property was clean. The neighborhood was safe. Plenty of restaurants and a supermarket close to the property. The staff were excellent at helping us with questions. There was a variety of food for breakfast. 」

「very close to the airport and Luigi (the driver) who drove us from the airport to the hotel was extremely nice and friendly. The night receptionist (man) was a bit rude and rushing us when we asked to many questions. Internet worked. Great breakfast. the rooms were clean but a bit small. We thought that since the location is a bit close to the airport and it would be very loud at night, but in fact, the flights are not active and was very quiet」

「This was a perfect location to stay on our one day we had before traveling from Rome back home. We could walk to the beach and there are all kinds of restaurants right there. My only caution would be to make a reservation which we didn't do but luckily we found a table at Ippolito Osteria, located at Via della Torre Clementina and the waiter and staff was great! 」
