"Here’s a polished, professional review while keeping your voice and tone: I’ve been staying at Sheraton Suites since the 1990s, and one thing I can always count on is the cleanliness of the property and its central, convenient location. Over the years, it has been a reliable place to stay. However, I must say that since the recent renovations, some changes have been less than favorable. The addition of a $12 per night parking fee and an $8 charge for receiving packages feels excessive and takes away from the overall guest experience. During this stay, I was placed at the very end of a long corridor, which made for quite an inconvenient and unpleasant walk—especially compared to previous visits. That said, I do want to highlight that the front desk personnel during this visit were excellent—very professional, welcoming, and helpful. In fact, they stood out even more than my last stay in October 2025. Overall, while the hotel still maintains its cleanliness and prime location, I hope management will reconsider some of these new charges and guest experience decisions moving forward."

"This hotel was the most nastiest property that i have ever visited. When i entered the room, i was greeted by an infestation of roaches of all sizes and mold. I immediately exited that room and requested a check out refund of my deposit. As i sat in the lobby to wait for expedia to sort out my refund with the hotel, i watched 2 guest, who were previously in line ahead of me, checked out as they complained about the nasty state of their room. Other newly checked in guests came down requesting new clean sheets as their's was soiled with blood and makeup. Totally grossed out. This hotel needs to be immediately closed down and visited by health inspectors."

"Great location. Perfect for visiting Cleveland Clinic. Buffett breakfast had everything and good quality. The Buffett staff was very friendly and kept replenishing everything in a timely manner. Everything super clean. Efficient system. The hotel staff friendly, accomodating, efficient front desk and housekeeping. They have special prices for people visiting the Cleveland Clinic. It has a shuttle to the Clinic, the mall and supermarket. The apt. layout convenient plus 2 TVs! We are pleased to recommend this place for any occasion."
