Labor Day weekend

My wife and her best friend and I had a lovely long weekend and had a wonderful stay at Mystic Mountain! We love Chattanooga and will absolutely look to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay!! The home was very nice and comfortable inside. It was furnished well. We enjoyed the space which fit our family well! Would definitely recommend!!!

Spacious!!

Wonderful home with beautiful views. Plenty of space so everyone had room to spread out. Updated and still shows the original character of the house. Very quiet and great place out back to gaze at the stars!

Very Clean, Great Owner

We could tell the house has been updated very nicely and the house is very clean and decorated so beautifully. Lots of space for us! Big TV next to the comfy bed upstairs that my son loved. The bathrooms are very clean. Floor and kitchen were also very clean. Huge yard. The view out the windows is really beautiful. It's about 18 minutes from most attractions and restaurants in Chattanooga. I didn't realize the other VRBO rental they mention on the property is actually attached. We could hear their TV and muffled talking in the last bedroom down the hall, so we didn't use that one. The owner was incredibly responsive to all of my questions and concerns. She got back to me within 15-20 minutes every time, which I appreciated so much.

If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing, rural property just minutes from all things Lookout Mtn or downtown Chattanooga, then this home is for you! Beautifully remodeled farmhouse with spacious rooms and relaxing environment!

My daughters and I stayed here for 3 nights on a girls' trip. We had an amazing time! The home is actually better, roomier, and nicer than it seems in the listing. We had a bonfire one night which was a lot of fun. It's very conveniently located - close enough to everything, but quiet and private. It has a well stocked kitchen & comfortable beds. Carrie was great with communication. The only thing that I would recommend would be to get the potholes in the driveway fixed. I drive a compact SUV and was able to avoid hitting the really big one, but it was close. If we come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again! Peaceful experience!

Impressive renovated and spacious interior!

Very clean home. The interior appeared to be newly renovated. New appliances, solid refurbished wood floors, new cabinetry, with roomy kitchen and dining room, clean comfortable beds, and new showers. Communication and ease of check in was a plus.

I recently stayed at Mystic Mountain, a 3-bedroom retreat managed by Yellow Door Rentals. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The property listing was not entirely accurate, which led to some unexpected problems during my stay. I tried to communicate with the renter about these issues, but our conversation didn't go smoothly. As a clinical mental health counselor, I understand the importance of constructive communication, but it seemed like we had different expectations. Despite the challenges, I hope the renter takes feedback seriously to improve the property. If you're considering booking Mystic Mountain, I recommend carefully reviewing the listing and communicating clearly with the renter to ensure a smooth experience. *Suggestions for Improvement:* - Ensure the property listing is accurate and up-to-date - Improve communication with guests to address issues promptly - Consider providing more detailed information about the property and its amenities -Let people know that the driveway is unsafe and if using services like door dash, you will need to be on the phone with them. -The driveway is not maintained and it will require a vehicle that you do not care about needing new tires or an alignment after the visit. -The outdoors were unsafe and would not be appropriate for children. -The Rental is in NW Georgia and not TN although they like to advertise that it’s in Chattanooga.
