Fantastic property! Easy check in process done virtually!! Convenient location next to train station. Made it very easy to walk everywhere especially to the bus station for various tours and to go to The Mall. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Only issue we had was WiFi not working the best due to where our room was compared to the router of the hotel. Also the hotel room had A/C but wasn’t super cold and

I like that it is close to the metro and walkable to other attractions like the duomo cathedral, central market, Ponte Vecchio, piazza dela signoria, and the Accademia Gallery. What’s unique is that attractions are next to each other and you can find several restaurants and stores. The property is spacious inside and has a lift. It is an old building and so we have encountered a few mosquitos inside the room. But overall, it’s a good place to stay.

Excellent location - historic centre 5 mins walk. Very close to train station. Large functional room, large bathroom. In a shared block with other hotels/airbnb's. Excellent quad room (a double/queen plus 2 single beds), good value very close to train station and an easy walk to all major Florence sites. Comfortable, quiet, nice balcony overlooking rooftops and a quiet parking lot, spacious room and bathroom. As a family of 4 with teens, was very convenient that electronic codes rather than a physical key were used to enter the room.

Very close from the train station

Hotel is like air BnB without physical reception. 2 min walk from the station, the street is convenient but does not look nice. We had a problem with the shower and they fixed quickly. Room is great but the shower is very small. There is an elevator in the building which is great for luggage!

This was such a cute property! We were only here for one night before our flight home, but I wish we could’ve stayed here for our entire time in Florence! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and our room was immaculate. Highly recommend.

Local próximo da estação ferroviária e das atrações turísticas, porisso não tão silencioso. A hospedaria não tem portaria no local, e está instalada no 2º and de um prédio com outras hospedarias similares. A portaria instalada em outro prédio a 1min de distância foi rápida e gentil, o apto é novo, limpo, amplo e confortável, valeu o custo/benefício.

Perfect location for a quick stay!

We were here for just one night on our way to Cinque Terre, and the location and value of the room was amazing incredible, both for access to the sights of Florence but a quick walk to train station (without any noise to be heard from room!). Very spacious suite, and the staff was amazing to deal with in terms of communication and friendliness, and when our room wasn’t quite ready we were able to store our bags for a couple of hours which was welcome news to us after travelling for a few hours already. Would not hesitate to stay here again if in Florence!
