Please note they take a break everyday from 3:00pm - 6:30pm. We arrived at 1:30pm to check in, and was told that the room will only be available at 2:00pm. We then decided to leave our luggages, take a walk and come back in the evening. To be sure, we double checked with the receptionist if we can pick up the key in the evening - and she said yes! We returned at 6:00pm and realized there was no one at the reception. We stood and waited outside until another staff arrived at around 6:40pm. It will be great if the staff can inform us about the break at the first place…and apparently, no one pick up the phone or doorbell during the break, though they stick a note asking you to ring the doorbell if you need any help.

The location is perfect for the sightseeing but the property has an issue with hot water for the room. If the water ran out then you have to wait for 40mins before you have the hot water back. My wife was with full shower foam when the hot water ran out and waited in the cold for hot water

From check in to check out, everything was terrible. Avoid if possible. Couldn't wait to leave this place. I knew I made a mistake when walking to the place. It's located in a very sketchy looking alleyway that stinks like piss. After checking in, went into our rooms that were unmade and disgusting with flies flying everywhere. Asked to wait another 30 minutes so they can clean the room. The A/C unit must be super dirty because there was a thick layer of dust everyday. The hot water also runs out after one shower. Electricity is unstable. The power tripped one night and burnt my charger block. Made the front desk aware and the worker didn't care. The breakfast didn't even have eggs. Just mainly carbs and some ham and salami. I'm not sure who rates these places but there's no way this place is a 4 star hotel. Google states it's 3 star but the place will charge you as a 4 star city tax. I should've known better. You get what you pay for.

Ne correspond pas aux prestations d’un hotel 4 etoiles. Petit dejeuner tres mediocre dans un couloir. Ouvert à tous vents afin que les livreurs puissent se deplacer. Chambre minimaliste. Linge reduit a une serviette, douche tres spartiate, pas de flexible , un distributeur de savon qui fait également office de shampoing .

Hotel has multiple locations. I booked a specific hotel near my daughter’s apt. When I arrived I was moved to another location farther away with no prior warning. I could have cancelled my reservation and went to another hotel but they gave me no warning of the move so I was stuck there. Never had this happen before and was quite the inconvenience

This is not a typical hotel where there is a lobby or staff to greet you . Instead it is a set of apartments in a corner building . The person who let us in was awaiting for us at the door at check in. Breakfast was serve in a buffet style . Staff would ask if you would order something else if you like. Continental breakfast is available .Overall it was comfortable and easy to find . Shops and restaurants are all walking distance.
