The location is amazing the rooms are clean and so is the bathrooms. Too bad there’s no iron to iron clothes after being in a suitcase. Other than that everything is great.

Room was clean and super easy to get into and private despite the shared bathroom. You have a key to your own room. But the staff did not respond to any messages before I arrived, during my stay, and for the checkout processes. I had no instruction to check out. Good location though for travelers

This place was in an excellent location, right by the Duomo. The room was clean……however the listing is deliberately untruthful, unfortunately. I booked the family suite with PRIVATE bathroom. That is not what I got. The bathroom was down the hall off the kitchen and it is shared with another room- therefore it is a SHARED bathroom. I would never have booked a place sharing a bathroom. Advertising the room with a private bathroom is an outright lie. So beware of that if booking. The SHARED bathroom did not have toilet paper. At all. The two nights I stayed here, we needed to supply our own toilet paper. When I checked in to my room, Room 2 “the family suite” as soon as I opened the door, the door handle came right off. I messaged the host, they did respond in a timely manner but never fixed the handle. The door could still be locked with a key. Overall the cleanliness was good. It is a walk up with no elevators (that is stated in the listing) so if stairs are a struggle, it won’t be the place to book. The location is excellent, but just note- it’s an outright lie that “the family suite” has a private bathroom. It’s shared, just know that before you book.

The flat is located in the heart of Florence , walking distance from all main attractions. Duomo is exactly opposite the flat and the view is amazing Comfortable beds , really clean and it got everything that you may need for your stay including a coffee machine. The host is really kind and helpful, I can thank him enough for everything

The location was 5 stars, however I gave it 3 stars because when we arrived at midnight after a long travel day, we found our room was occupied by some else. Apparently the host double booked our room. We had to wait 20 min for someone to arrive and put us in a room next door. That was appreciated but the next day at 8am they knocked on our door and said we had to leave the room and move everything to original room. The inconvenience was not compensated in any way. Would not recommend.

Although the apartment was nice a clean. It is a shared apartment…. This was not listed in the description. There are no locks on the bathroom doors and no locks on the bedroom doors. There are 3 seperate rooms in this apartment. Therefore you could be staying with random travellers in the other 2 rental rooms without being able to lock your doors. There was supposed to be 1 bathroom assigned to the room I was using but no one followed that and just used whatever bathroom they wanted. After expressing this was not what was posted in the description. There was no refund. I reached out to the host and their response was “it was listed as such” but it wasn’t. Not a safe situation to be in, in my opinion.

Stay was delightful. Very clean and modern. Not positive if this property is used as a full apt air b&b but there is 1 shared bathroom. Fortunately, we had no one else staying. If you don’t prefer going up stairs do not stay here. There was a total of about 5 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor. Tough without an elevator. Otherwise, communication was great, they allowed us to keep our luggage after checkout and were very helpful.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is absolutely unacceptable. There was no running water, so showering was impossible, and the bed had no proper sheets—the mattress was exposed and filthy. Worst of all, a stranger walked into my room while I was changing because the hotel gave two guests the same room number. That is a massive safety and privacy violation. The staff showed no concern and offered no solution. This accommodation is unhygienic, unsafe, and should not be listed. Do not stay here. Still waiting to hear back for a refund.
