Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! Such a great location! Beds were comfortable, room was clean and bright, great water pressure in shower. Rooftop was such a nice option for taking a break from the travel day and having a quiet impressive view. Will absolutely be staying here again!

We loved staying here, the ease of being able to access many of the nicest areas in Florence was great. The hotel also gave us a full sheet of paper with recommendations of places to eat and they were all great and quite affordable! If you can’t handle night life then you might not love this place but we certainly did!

Hotel Corso was within walking distance of all of the sights, shops, and restaurants that people travel to Naples to see. It also had a roof terrace that had lovely views of the tops of the churches. The staff was very helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend.

This was truly a boutique hotel. I was traveling alone and needed a room for only one day before my flight home. The hotel was in a great location and was convenient to everything. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and lovely linens. While there was no bottled water in the room, the hotel offered it in the reception area along with complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. My arrival was somewhat challenging for a few reasons worth mentioning. I was unaware that the hotel started on the third floor of a shared building. The street entrance was not well-marked, and I was not sure which intercom button to press for access. The hotel did not have porters, and the single elevator began on the second floor. To reach the second floor, I had to get two heavy suitcases, a large tote, a shopping bag, and a purse up 30 stairs and back down again. I think it would be very helpful to future guests if this information would be made clearer on booking sites. The receptionist ordered my early morning taxi and have me all the pertinent contact information.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The front desk staff members were always very nice and helpful, especially Barbara who checked us in - she was so sweet and gave us many great suggestions for our stay regarding restaurants, activities, etc. Our room was great - clean, pretty, spacious, had everything we could ask for. Lastly, the location of the hotel was GREAT, all of our city sightseeing, shopping, and dining was in easy walking distance. Thank you Hotel del Corso for our wonderful stay in Florence.

Perfect location in Florence!

The hotel could not have been better located near all the best sites in Florence. Be prepared to walk a lot of steps up to your room but we had a marvelous time.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Our trip to Italy was due to a medical emergency for our daughter and after being here one week, we were informed by the doctors that we would have to extend our stay for another week. In such a stressful situation, Hotel Del Corso staff was so accommodating and compassionate. We are so appreciative and recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Italy. Grazie!

If you like the party scene stay here. I do not like the party scene and we were woken up at 4 am every morning by people screaming in the street below after leaving the bar. You also have to climb many large stairs to get here. The shower had barely any water pressure. The staff of course were amazing and accommodating
