Wow, this review is a really hard one for me… as much as I would love to say, how amazing this property is… I felt the service was lacking. When I arrived at the hotel the bellman greeted us, & took our bags… but no one was at the front desk. Which was extremely odd, for such a high end hotel. We wait for entirely too long for someone to get back to the front desk for us. There is beautiful bar to the right of the front desk, with no one there. If there would have at least been a bartender there, or if the bellmen would have given us a glass of wine, water, & or the WiFi code it wouldn’t have been so bad. My room however, was amazing, & even more beautiful than in the photos! The hotel has a beautiful rooftop terrace, with spectacular view of the city. We were pretty much alone up there. The welcome drinks, & Expedia VIP hotel bottle of Champagne was great! Plenty of shopping & restaurants outside the hotel as well! Breakfast was great! The bartender upstairs at the other bar was fantastic, & so friendly! Leaving the hotel we had to wait for an iron that never came, & longer than expected for a taxi. Once again a service issue! If they fix the service at this hotel, this property easily is a 10 out of 10!
