Phenomenal!!

An amazing location in downtown- you don’t need to leave for any reason. Shopping & a variety of restaurants all within a few minutes walk. The deck was amazing to sit & read & watch the fishing boats go in & out; hands down the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed; lovely , luxurious furniture. I hope I get the opportunity to stay here again!

Fantastic location

Loved the location by the riverfront downtown area. There were so many shops and restaurants to explore that we never got bored. Also liked that the condo has a dedicated parking spot for your stay. The condo was sufficient for two people. It wasn't very big, but it had a great view of the river and bridge. It also had a nice outdoor deck for enjoying a cold beverage and watching the tides change.

Simple yet elegant. The view is well worth the stay. Walking distance to all downtown commodities. Parking is a bit odd, but at least you don't have to compete for parking.

Perfect location for a stay in Old Town

In addition to the great walkable location the unit is just a gem. Clean and supplied with everything you need for your stay. The large windows afford a gorgeous view of the river. We love visiting Florence and will definitely return to this unit. Enjoyed every minute only minus is I booked on a whim and only 2 nights available next time I will book well in advance so we can stay longer.

Worried about the bridge location but it was not a problem at all. Lots of windows, nice views. Great to step outdoors into the charming historic district. VACASA was not responsive to a problem at all when the freezer door handle fell,off. Other than that a great place to stay

Great River Views

We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our River View condo. The room was clean, well kept the furniture was pleasant and comfortable. And, we had every amenity that we would need. The view of the bridge is spectacular and the balcony gives you a 270° view of the Siuslaw river. We were in contact with a Vacasa representative and they got us the answers to our questions almost immediately. We will definitely come back next year if we can.

Quick stay

Location, stay and cleanliness were excellent. Had to call Vacasa for entry instructions, since none were received via text or email. Finally did get an email, but the entry instructions were incorrect. The entry code works on the door lock- Not the lock box to the left as instructed.

Centrally located. Neat, clean, orderly. Well stocked. We would come back. Key pad instructions say "on left". There are two wall mounted key pads on the left. Neither open. Turned out it was the key pad on the door above the door knob. Take a look at your entry instructions.
