Wonderful stay overall. The hot tub wasn't ready for us, and when I called vacasa, they explained that it was guest responsibility to turn on and wait for it to get to temperature. I don't think I'll return because of how that was handled. Home and location and hot tub was lovely. Rode horses on the beach nearby.

Great weekend getaway

A group of friends were able to getaway to the coast for the weekend and the house was perfect! Great location with walking distance to the beach, the beds were super comfy and the hot tub was great!

Not worth the money

Not clean and the heating unit didn’t work. Ther also was a homeless man digging thru our trash and blocking the driveway when I tried to leave. There are better places to stay in Florence

Love this house

It was nice to get away for the weekend with my husband. We enjoyed the BBQ and the hot tub. Enjoyed the local bar and also relaxed and watched movies on prime.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Pros - location to the beach, dog friendly, and house amenities ( hot tub was wonderful!) Cons - wifi and cleanliness ( beds felt clean, but there was sand on the couch and dead bugs on the walls in the bedroom)

Quaint, cozy home

Loved how close it was to the coast. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire place very much! Dogs had a great time as well. The beds in the two main bedrooms were nice but the mattress from the fold out couch smelled musty and the bunk beds and loft bed were very small -best suited for kids.

Relaxing

It was delightfully relaxing. Loved the hot tub and a place was just what we needed. The only issue we had was the walkway to the house was overgrown with bushes and evergreen blackberries.

Great home, walk to the house was a bit much if you have a harder time with hills or uneven steps.

Easy, not my first time renting through VRBO and won't be my last. Experience has gotten better over time.

Cute little home

Nice little home only a few blocks from the the beach. Nice deck and an awesome little kids room that our toddler was obsessed with. The hot tube could use some TLC but still works. WiFi wasn't the greatest. The top room is fun to look out and see the ocean. Property is close to downtown Florence which is nice for a quick tip and back for dinner and such. Definitely would stay again.

Family weekend away

Got away for a weekend before Thanksgiving. We enjoyed the hot tub, cooked together (kitchen was pretty well stocked with things you might need) (we bring all our own favorite cooking things), and had a fire to keep the place warm. It was a bit drafty - it was a very blustery afternoon/night - so bring your house slippers and get ready for a nice coastal getaway.

We loved how close to the beach it was and how close it was to shopping it was. The place was pretty neat and different from other places we've stayed. The only thing that was a little difficult was the lack of viewable house number from the street so it was a little difficult getting to at night. And the hill from the drive to the door was a little steep to carry everything up with infants. Otherwise, the place was clean and cozy

It would have been helpful to have instructions on how and if the heater worked. Also the instruction about how to leave the house in the house before we left . We got them after we arrived home. Not the owners fault,. Step -up Vacasa. Called Vacasa about the heat they really weren't helpful. The house was super clean. and very quiet.
