value for money, beautiful hotel

such a beautiful new hotel! I enjoy the stay so so much! a warm welcome by the front staff during the checkin. lovely room and around 10mins walk from terminal. not too near and not too far. outside is bus station / train station, but I do enjoy the Florence walk instead of taking any transportation. Value for money, surely will stay again when I come visit Florence next time.

The spa was wonderful though the jacuzzi could be hotter I think! The only complaint was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable (it was pretty hard) and the pillows were rather flat.

My husband Felix and I had the pleasure of celebrating both our wedding anniversary and my birthday at The Moon Boutique Hotel in Florence, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. A special mention goes to the tall gentleman with glasses from Calabria—his courteous demeanor and exceptional customer service stood out throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well-informed, adding a personal touch that made our visit even more special. The housekeeping team deserves equal praise. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and our room was consistently immaculate, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere that enhanced our celebration. The Moon Boutique Hotel is more than just a place to stay—it’s a haven of elegance, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We left with beautiful memories and deep appreciation for the team that made our milestone moments unforgettable.

Our stay of 8 days was incredibly nice. Ended up going with a smaller room and did just fine, would recommend a larger room if you tend to bring more than a medium amount of luggage. Everything is clean, comfortable and very organized. A few things definitely stood out to both my wife and I. We ate the breakfast offered each morning, high quality and VERY healthy. We take our dietary nutrition very seriously and was able to stay on a track eating here. One of our favorite things was interacting with Francois who I believe is the manager (or main waitstaff) of the hotel restraunt? Francois is very impressive. He remembered my drink each morning and had our breakfast orders going within short order. He was always pleasant, polite and professionally interactive. Really made sure we got what we needed and we were on our way for the day. My wife and I have never received such great service and I want to make that clear. Also, the very nice woman (I wish I remembered her name) that cleaned and organized our room was the absolute best. We tipped both Francois and our room staff because they absolutely deserved it. Lastly, the SPA. The spa staff always smiled and opened the doors for us, treating us to the full experience each day. My wife and I walked about 81 miles in the 8 days we stayed, the spa was great way to close the evening. We give this place more than five stars and will definitely be back. Would recommend to everyone.

The front desk speaks multiple languages, and is very informative about the area around the hotel. The hotel is bright & clean, and they are the first hotel I stayed at in my time in Europe that didn't lock me out of the air conditioning setting. The spa was nice and relaxing and they make sure not too many people are there at the same time which is super nice. It was great after walking 20,000 steps in a day to sit in the turkish bath. They packed me a box breakfast the day I had to leave early to go on an excursion, and they offered one the day I went to the airport. Overall, amazing value for the price. The only complaint which isn't on them is that there are not many restaurant options immediately next to the hotel - just one. However, I spent most of my time in the city center so that was fine.

Room as immaculately clean. Steam shower was amazing. A little annoyed about the A/C, it turns off when you leave the room, so it didn’t stay cool in our room when we were gonna all day. Spa access was a lil confusing, it wasn’t use as you wish, you had to reserve a slot in a 3hr window which was at dinner time. This resulted in us only using the spa once. Breakfast had a wide selection, with a small cook to order menu. Was delicious and quick. Bed was extremely comfortable. Tram station for the T2 line was right in front of the hotel, when coming from the airport you have change T1 line to T2 line, but very simple.
