Amazing stay to kick off our honeymoon! We loved the breakfast and how easy it was to access the location. The city centre is around a 10-15-minute walk away and easy to get to everything from here. The breakfast was simple and tasteful it was prepared every day to our liking! Rooms were clean, the place is very well designed in the heart of Florence and a bit farther than the hustle and bustle of tourists. A short walk of 10-15 min from every major attraction. The area is calm and full of nice restaurants! The owner has great communication and always ready to help!

We loved our time at The Wheels, and would highly recommend anyone visiting Florence to stay here. The entire space is beautifully designed and the location is perfect. It’s close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping, but just far enough away that it is quiet at night. Francesco was extremely hospitable and went above and beyond with great recommendations for both Florence and our upcoming travels. The breakfast was wonderful and the perfect way to start each day!

Francesco, notre hôte nous a transmis sa bonne humeur et ses très bons conseils de visite ainsi que ses bons petits plans. Il a été facilement joignable avant et pendant le séjour. La chambre est propre et spacieuse et les lieux sont décorés avec goût. Petits déjeuners frais et copieux, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Je recommande très fortement cette adresse, qui est egalement très bien située. Si c'est à refaire ce sera sans hésiter.

Jag och min fru hade en mycket trevlig vistelse i Florens och hos Francesco. Nytt och fräsch boende, dock små rum (särskilt badrum) och utrymmen. Lätt att checka in och ut och ligger på promenadavstånd från de centrala delarna/populäraste turistattraktionerna. Mycket bra frukost där du väljer från meny med många bra valmöjligheter. Francesco är trevlig och hjälpsam och delar gärna med sig av bra tips för att upptäcka det bästa av Florens! Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende för några nätters vistelse!

Room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Location was also very convenient. Host was very helpful and provided very good suggestions about the area. Only negatives were there was no daily room cleaning or fresh towels provided. The rooms and entire facility is a bit noisy (everything is a hard surface that does not absorb sound). Could easily hear anytime another door outside our room opened/closed and also hear others talking.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. I had to change rooms twice first because the room was too small, and then because the second room was very noisy till 3am I was also asked to pay extra charges in cash for Changing the rooms. Housekeeping was not provided daily, communication was poor, and the staff were rude and unprofessional, especially during a phone call regarding a guest visiting me. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Francesco was amazing from the time of booking with giving restaurant recommendations and the easy online checkin. Communicated everyday for options for breakfast and provided everything we needed would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Hotel was clean and so was the room and very easy to get around in the area.
