10/10 Excellent

"We loved everything except the construction work on the hallway and the pungent smell on and around the beach. Stuff was wonderful! 9700 International Dr, Orlando, FL, 32819. The best part was that we could take free water taxi or shuttle that was open until 11pm! and visit sister resorts and use different activities there. We loved yoga on the beach and kayaking!"

"Room was clean. Loved the daily water, coffee and chocolates. Staff was amazing. Had a nice breakfast at Gus’. Food was plentiful and yummy but the restaurant itself needs updating and to be cleaned. There is dirt build up on the floors, benches were torn, fans were filthy. Staff at the restaurant was great."

"First time visit to get away for the weekend. The place was really nice and the pools were great. Ate at both restaurants and food was fresh, hot and tasty. All staff interactions were pleasant. We really liked the adult pool and location as it was right outside our room. The walk out on the beach from the room was a great feature. Will definitely be back."

"The cleaning service did not come to our room for three days. We thought it might be on request only, but the front desk attendant said they should be there every day. There was a large group of children playing the outdoor games that were available outside of our window late at night. We had to call the front desk to get security to take care of the problem. They should have a curfew for children or sign that says that the area closes at 10:00pm. The staff was very friendly and helpful."
