「Can’t say enough about the friendliness of the staff - especially Johnny, Alejandro & Shakera. But I would not consider this a luxury hotel. The flooring in our room was warped, there was not a remote for each TV, no paper or pen to write with, no information sheet explaining bar & breakfast hours, pool hours, cable instructions, etc. There was NO microwave, iron, ironing board or blow dryer in our room and bottle water was $5, door to our room was very difficult to open & close (warped)」
