「We were completing a 10 day motorcycle road trip and stayed at several hotels. This hotel was the best of all. The property was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. The front desk staff gave us recommendations on places to visit and provided directions and literature. The lobby, halls, elevator and room were very clean and bright. The pool area was also very clean. The breakfast was excellent and offered various choices. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「For the price you would think a floor mat for when you step out of the shower would be provided. That was disappointing. There was a random hair high up in the shower that was not the color of my hair and the soap holder had residue from the previous stay. So, cleanliness could be improved. Room 403 had a hollow area between bathroom tiles next to the tub that needs to be repaired. My brother really appreciated the free breakfast. It was a nice amenity. 「I stayed at your hotel from 10/11/26 to10/18/26 my room got service two times that is it. I was out of body wash in the tub and Told the front desk twice never was refilled. I asked for my trash cans to be emptied twice it finally was. When they empty the trash they took the dirty towels out of the bathroom and left them on the floor in front of my fridge. The next day which was Saturday they finally cleaned to room properly. I am planning on going back up to Bonifay in November for another week...

「The check-in was quick and easy. The check-in representative was friendly and provided details of the hotel's amenities and was quick to provide some nearby restaurants on our request.」

「Good location, clean, well maintained. Room was nice with a fridge and comfortable bed. There was a large group of people with children during our stay overtaking the fitness center and pool table making them unusable. Signage was not posted as to age requirements for gym, so we didn’t say anything.」

「It is not a pleasant stay, bath room door is broken, edge of the celling is mold, Cigarettes burning hole on Comforter. I will not recommend to other people. 」
