"If you’re looking for a lovely spot in the heart of the New Forest, this is definitely one to try. Although it’s located on the A36, once you’re inside the property the road noise disappears completely. We stayed in the Nomansland Suite, which was perfect for our four-day stay. It included a comfortable double bed, bathroom, fridge, and kettle, and the room was cleaned daily. The host who greeted us was very friendly and suggested lots of great things to do nearby, which was really helpful. There’s plenty to do in the area, whether it’s a walk to the local pub or a short trip to the beach. The views are beautiful and really add to the experience. Highly recommend this place for a short getaway."

"We loved our time at this charming home! From the fairy tale garden to the comfortable spaces, it is everything us Americans imagine for a typical English countryside home. Malcolm and Tina were wonderful hosts, they went above and beyond when we encountered a minor medical problem, and we enjoyed visiting with them and hearing their experiences of a lifetime in the area. We enjoyed our visit so much, we are already planning a return!"

"The Old Dairy is a lovely comfortable and cosy place to stay, in a great location. The garden area overlooking the animal paddock is a joyful place to sit. Andrea and Ian are lovely and accommodating hosts. The Green Dragon is a great place to eat and drink, the food is excellent and good value."
