the staff was lovely, the place was spotless, great continental breakfast included and access to kitchenette and complementary tea, coffee was so convenient. Room was a bit small but had a comfortable bed. the washroom was quite large and had nice warm towels. The launch area and the amenities more than compensated for it.

A very cosy house right in the heart of Fort Augustus. The living room was lovely with the fireplace, though we forgot to ask for more firewood and it got a bit cold at night. It was very peaceful—I think we were the only guests! The room is small if you're travelling with luggage, but very comfortable and warm. The bathroom was perfectly adequate. Breakfast was basic but decent.

Bedroom and bathroom were clean! Beds weee extremely comfortable! Sitting room was an added bonus! Steve and Diane were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. The eggs Benedict for breakfast was excellent. Overall, a lovely guest house with a few added, hidden touches to be experienced. A hidden gem that was a delight to experience.
