The location was perfect and I liked that you could see the ocean and the intercoastal from the balcony. The rooftop amenities were great and the condo was a little worn and used, but who spends time in the condo on vacation! The extra hotel charges (WIFI & rooftop access) were unexpected and not easily found on the listing on VRBO

Great staff. Valet was so convenient. Everywhere was walkable and the beach is right there. I booked this place for my mom and I, primarily because it had a kitchen and I wanted to hire a private chef for her birthday. Although the original fridge in the kitchen wasn’t functional, there was another fridge that was. Had an awesome time. Wish the sheets were cleaner and the baseboards, but other than that. All around good!

This place was absolutely immaculate! The bed was comfortable. Great location and close to everything. Owner was always quick to respond when I had questions. The only hiccup we had was with the onsite vallet service. They were having technology issues and told us we owed money when we had already paid everything during check-in. This was in no way the owners fault though.

They boasted a roof top pool at this property. It is the first picture on every ad they run. The pool was closed during our stay, this was NOT the time frame they had in their ad when I booked. I was not informed before check in the pool was STILL closed. VERY disappointing that the rental company did not reach out and let us know this . The second bedroom with the twin beds was also very disappointing, the mattress was basically on the floor . extremely uncomfortable. We were given 2 bath towels for 4 people for the entire week. After 45 emails - they offered to refund us about $60.00 . NEVER AGAIN! There are much better choices in Hollywood beach - avoid this rental company.

Overall, we loved this unit and the property! The owner/listing agent was incredibly responsive. A few notes: In the heart of the boardwalk and a short walk to anything you want to do. I loved that there was a coffee shop in the lower floor of our building. If you're an ice cream fan, try the ice cream bar with the swings - Quore Gelato, or Puffle's ice cream. The unit was spacious and quiet. Note, you'll need to ask the front desk for any "extras" - towels, wash clothes, trash bags, sheets, pillows, etc. The unit only had bedding on the master suite and there were just a couple of towels and washcloths when we arrived. An easy fix, just make sure you do inventory before you're ready to shower or jump into bed. The 2nd bedroom of this unit is classified as a "den" at the hotel. Therefore, they will tell you at check-in that you are in a one-bedroom unit. There is a door to the den, with a pull-out couch, but there is not a 2nd closet. Both pull-out couches were VERY comfortable for sleeping. We left a few beach toys and cooler behind; the unit also had an umbrella and two beach chairs in it. If you need to do laundry, the hotel recommended using the "Hamper" service (download the app). There is a regular coffee pot, that came with two coffee packs, and a Nespresso. The patio has a partial ocean view. The rooftop pool is great and a perfect spot to hide on windy days. You cannot bring your own food/beverages into the pool area. They have a full bar and food menu. I would definitely stay in this unit again!

Location is excellent. Service at the location was great. A couple of issues with our experience -- Check-in procedure is frustrating, time consuming, and way overboard. They require a photo ID be emailed and proof of payment from my credit card that it's actually me. Not good! The refrigerator was not working well, but we only discovered this after the meat and cheese was spoiled and had to be discarded. The thermostat for the room is motion activated so if you don't know that the room gets hot fast. Would be nice to advise your guests of this fact.

We loved our time staying at the Hollywood Beach condo! It made for the perfect girls weekend getaway for two 20-something daughters and the moms. The beach was beautiful and just steps away. The location right on the boardwalk made for perfect long morning walks. The additional benefit of the location was proximity to lots of restaurants (our favorite was GGs) so no need to rent a car. Condo was clean with a spacious living area. The master bedroom was large and comfortable. The second bedroom was a pullout couch - less comfortable but fine for the 4 nights. The amenities at the resort were fantastic. We loved the rooftop pool and hot tub and took advantage of the rooftop bar to enjoy frozen cocktails in the pool. The upscale little coffee shop in the ground floor was super convenient in the morning. We would definitely come back!

The property was very nice and the location is great. Property manager was very responsive. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The only issue we had was the room was an hour late being ready. It also would be nice to have a broom and dust pan in the condo to sweep up the sand once in a while. The pool was not very clean and I wouldn’t have swam in it but our family prefers the ocean anyway. The roof top area was a fun area to hang out. Overall the property was very nice and we would stay there again.

My family and I had a great experience renting this location. The rental was spacious and clean with a very short walk to Hollywood Beach (one of our favorite beaches so far in FLA). Great shops, great food, fun and lively beach! The only thing I would bring to light is the false impression of an Infinity pool at the hotel. It was not clean and was definitely not meant to for anyone swim or sunbath in. Other than that, the rooftop was a great spot to get some sun and have a few island drinks. Popular area with sone great views on the Saturday we visited.

We had an amazing time at this resort. Less than a minute walk to the beach, 2 chairs reserved daily, excellent location for restaurants, all within a 5 minute walk. Awesome pool for my kids. The apartment was nice, had cable TV. Our family of 6 loved being at the beach for 5 days and this condo was fantastic !!

Horrible fly infestation and when we arrived apartment was dirty and shower door and blinds were broken, the owner did fix items during our stay but we couldn’t get rid of the flies even though the owner did a deep clean during our stay …. I even ate a fly while I slept …. I strongly advise avoid this listing it’s 1 star not 5 star

Costa resort is amazing! Great deals for a great place on the beach. Staff is friendly check in is super fast my host Sol was on point and replied to all my emails very promptly and gave me all the information needed to make my trip easy. I will definitely book this place again hopefully very soon.

We loved this condo, great location within 100 yard of the ocean or the intracoastal river way. You’ll love the huge balcony with the floor to ceiling doors. Super quiet at night, no parties, didn’t hear one neighbor. Very responsive to needs such as consumables or extra bedding. I will for sure be staying here again. And I must say, the bed in the master is very comfortable. Thanks again

We stayed here with our 4 kids (10 years old and under) and we all loved it! We were steps away from the beach, my kids loved the rooftop pool, check in was super easy, and a ton of restaurants near by. We requested a pack n play and it was already there upon arrival. We had the baby in the bedroom with us, and the 3 other kids slept on the pull out couches. Plenty of space for us! The best part of the rental was the quick responses from Stay Sol. We extended our vacation to FL, but had to find a hotel to stay in due to this rental already being booked. We forgot some things in the kitchen cupboard (including the kids’ Nintendo switch!) and Stay Sol went above and beyond to help us find the items the next day before our plane took off. Would come again!

The best part of this rental is that it is close to beach and all that is going on around the Broadwalk. Kitchen is sparse; no toaster, the coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator are all small, 1 small worn out fry pan and large dull knife. There is no washer/dryer in this unit so a week of towels at the beach is a hurdle to dry on the porch chair and reuse daily. The front desk was not occupied most of the time, luckily the email was answered quickly for help. We had a good time, it is a lovely beach, but would not rent this unit again.
