Water front! Come enjoy our Villa on the lake, a 3BR/2BA natural freshwater lake house. This villa hosts 8 guests ! Featuring a private patio and BBQ deck, fishing and water activities such as swimming and Standup paddling, and more. Sit and relax while taking in the spectacular lake view after a fun day full of activities! Bedrooms-All bedrooms have their own smart TV, with 400Mb/s WiFi and Cable service.


A full dining area, living room, family room and modern open kitchen, private beach access to the amazing lake. Nice landscape and fully furnished outdoor area, dining table and outdoor furniture.

Kitchen-fully stocked with dishware, bakeware, pots/pans, fridge, glass stovetop and oven

No Garage Access

Check in time is 4pm
Checkout time is 10am

Driveway - up to 2 cars

All spaces in the home are accessible to the guests including full laundry room.. Private parking in the front.
House has exterior video surveillance at front and back of home.

Please note that the master bedroom have an obstructed view from the window as it is adjacent to another house. Enjoy lakefront dining, sip your beverages under the pergola, relax on the wooden dock and of course feel free to use the paddle boards all year long. The Lake is unsupervised and like any deep body of water can be dangerous. Please be aware or your surroundings. All children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times. Using the lake or sports equipment is under the full responsibility of the guests. The owner and property manager will not be liable for any injury or accident.

just a run down.. the door to a drawer came off in my hand when I first used it. The top dresser drawers are busted out. The place says it sleeps eight and I was charged for an extra person with seven adults and a baby, yet there were no additional amenities for that seven adult or even the sixth as they had a single dish set of FOUR. I was in the master bedroom that reeked of cigarette, likely from the neighbor. the bedroom interior door handle came off the first day as well. we each had a towel which was good but after taking showers we realized we all smelled like we had dried off with towels that had been left wet in the wash. The comforter in the "kids" room has crust and God only knows what else on it. It had clearly not been washed. The second night we started to see scurrying bugs in the kitchen, we think they are roaches. My son in law caught one and we left it in the sink under a glass and took photos of all that was wrong. This was also the night, that I fell in the hallway on water that was leaking from under the washing machine. The kitchen and bath are generally nice but the place is pretty run down in other aspects. After the third night we decided that we couldn't spend another night there, packed up and left, driving home to VA overnight. I sent Maggie a message, she basically ignored everything other than to tell me she would let the cleaners know and then told me, "she had never had a complaint before. If it had been one or even two issues no worries but?!

Great place!! Pictures are exactly how it is in person. Loved the kayaks was surprised to see a third one wish it had a pad but it was still fun ! Very clean and great neighborhood!

Loved being on the lake! Great stay!

We had a great stay overall. Being on the lake with access to kayaks was wonderful. My 13 year old was on the lake a lot kayaking and fishing. It is a townhome, so you do share walls with neighbors. Didn't have a problem until the last night there, when the next door renters were super loud in the middle of the night. I contacted the property manager, who immediately resolved the situation by contacting the renting owner, who got his tenants to calm down lol. It is an older home that has been renovated, so a few tweaks needed. We blew the circuit trying to blow dry hair in one of the bathrooms and the outlet was coming out of the wall. Overall, loved the outdoor living space and super convenient location close to beaches. Great communication with the property managers, we would definitely stay here again! I would advise to remove the "SUP" from the listing, as this normally refers to Stand up paddleboarding and there is not a paddleboard provided.

Great fishing!

We vacation in this area every year mostly for fishing and to enjoy the weather. The place was a perfect home base for us as we enjoyed the canals near Everglades Holiday Park and the Tamiami Trail. We caught very nice bass right off the dock in the backyard and the kayaks were great. Good neighborhood with everything you need nearby. Would stay here again!

Nice clean property.

Nice view of the Lake. Property manager is quick to respond to any issues. The view of the lake is the best part of the House. This is a duplex so you share a Master bedroom wall with the neighbour. Seems like a safe neighbourhood. We did enjoy the stay .I would say it is good value
