Space to enjoy each other

We stayed in Fort Lauderdale to take some time out and reconnect with family. This home was a great fit. We had the beds and space to share meals, laugh and enjoy time together. The host was very responsive with any needs. The location made it easy to enjoy the area snd beach. There are only 2 bikes so we couldn’t all ride together and I believe they’re mountain bikes not a comfortable ride to the beach. The outdoor lounge chairs need to be replaced, one tore away from the frame while sitting in it. The listing details have extra fees Pool heating at $30 per day and the grill $40 per stay, not optional but added. The pool was the same temperature as the ocean and the grill ran out of propane 5 minutes into our meal. We were told there were other tanks available but they were all empty. We were only there for 5 nights and the property manager was very responsive but for a short trip it took time away sending and responding to messages for items that should be ready and in great condition. The coffee maker only works on single cup, we had a house full of coffee drinkers. The refrigerator’s water and ice dispensers do not work. We were told they have parts on order. I gave the five stars for cleanliness, location and response to requests but hope that other families can just go and enjoy now that the issues have been made aware.

Nice Property

Home is tastefully decorated with all modern bathrooms, kitchen appliances and electronic equipment. Our 13 & 18 year old grandsons loved the pool and waterwall! Host owners were very responsive to any requests that we made. We would stay here again.

Excellent home

Everything was wonderful from the beginning to the end of our trip! Communication with Jerry was good. The house was super clean upon our arrival. The house was beautiful and had wonderful amenities. Location of house to beach and the restaurants were perfect. Neighborhood was beautiful and safe. No complaints at all except we wished we could have stayed longer! We would definitely want to return.
