Welcome to your cozy retreat overlooking a tranquil canal! The master bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed with fresh linens and a roll-out bed for added flexibility. It’s equipped with a smart TV, blackout curtains, nightstands with USB chargers, a spacious closet, and central A/C to ensure a cool and restful environment. The living room provides additional sleeping space with a sofa bed, perfect for extra guests, and includes a 50-inch smart TV, coffee table, and a convenient workspace with a desk and chair.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need for cooking, including a fridge, freezer, oven, 4-burner cooktop, dishwasher, and a coffee station to start your day. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats four, and there's also a bar with stools, doubling as extra seating or a handy workspace.

The condo features one bathroom with a shower and great water pressure, with fresh towels provided for your comfort. Additional amenities include a laundry area, two parking spots, and access to a shared EV charging station. Situated on the second floor, this unit is accessible by stairs only, making it a perfect blend of relaxation and practicality.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.
Please note that the cardholder named on the reservation must be present at check-in and take a quick selfie with their ID in front of the property before we can release the entry code.

Any disturbance to the peace will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.
