Fort Lee - Paramus Bar Hotel

"The stay was okay for a single night, but there is definitely room for improvement. The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, which was disappointing. It works if you just need a quick place to crash, but I expected a bit more care"

"Room was clean, staff were very friendly! Good breakfast, everything was fresh. "

"The facilities were clean, but my biggest issue was that my room’s shower had no hot water. I reported it and had to call three to four times for assistance, but no one ever came. At 10:45 PM, they told me to switch rooms, which wasn’t possible since I was traveling with two small children after a very long trip. Instead of resolving the issue or sending someone to fix it, they left us without a solution. I also requested some form of compensation for the inconvenience, but they refused. In the end, I was stuck with cold water and no compensation."

"I was not happy with the hotel at all. The room was cold and the thermostat did not adjust to the desired temperature. The rest was just OK. Parking is NOT free and must be scanned with QR code so make sure you do this prior to going to the room and getting comfy. "

"Parking was very easy and the breakfast was great. Also the gym was very clean. "

"We stayed here for April Spring break 2026. This is my first Hyatt stay where their wasn't a microwave in the room.We had to go downstairs to heat our food up at the ONE microwave they had for the whole hotel! The floors kind of smelled like feet even though the hotel was clean. The bathroom was sooo damn small that the door barley missed the toilet when closing. The toilets are so low to the ground that if you have bad knees you would need assistance getting off of the thrown! No smart tv's on the premises just dumb tv's! The pool was out if service so their was nothing to do but the gym. This hotel really need a upgrade ! 😩 "
