"Beds and desk were ok. Very dirty lobby carpet. Only one elevator working. Dirty bathroom. Cheated on breakfast. Just coffee and small ‘dime a dozen’ muffins (that is NOT a continental breakfast as they claim). The front desk clark was very very nice guy. Stayed for medical reason, so did not move to different motel after one day Rates were very reasonable."

"The ac unit is too loud. We can hear the neighbors all around. The walls are too thin. Out of 4 star hotels... by far the Hiltons and Marriott has better breakfast. This is our third stay with Hyatt hotels. But it's good for the price and location."

"The hotel was at a perfect location with easy access to bus stops to and from NY. The property was clean and quiet for the most part. The breakfast had variety and good seating space. The hotel has access to gym and pool if you’re staying longer. The front desk was super helpful and stored our luggage so that we could travel conveniently."

"Overall a good experience. The bathroom floor was dirty and the shower leaked on the floor. The room was clean and the staff was helpful with navigating our way on the bus to NYC. I would recommend staying here it's a family friendly place."

"Great location just outside of NYC. Plenty of parking for travelers. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Complimentary breakfast was quite delicious with a variety of options. The hotel was near the main attraction, American Dream. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to American Dream!"
