Great getaway

Everything was just as listed. Great access to the Gulf from the house. Comfy beds and well appointed kitchen. We look forward to staying again.

Very clean, comfortable and lovely home!

Very nice layout for 2 parents, 2 children and grandmother. We felt safe in the neighborhood. However the sliding door to the pool area did not lock.

Property not as advertised

We rented this house based that the ad said it had a heated pool. Talked with the greeter 10 min after we arrived and he said that he would tell our property manager. Our manager never called The next manger said she would make it right and get us a new place the next day. Next day she said sorry we can't do that and we can not refund your money

Inaccurate Listing

The only hurricane damage reported was the cage was destroyed. Not true. The solar system heating the pool was also gone which meant no pool use while we were there. We would have never rented this house if we knew. Also not disclosed was the loose/missing roof tiles that made a lot of noise at night from the wind and the tarp was shredded and barely doing it’s job. For a high dollar home, this is not acceptable. The grill should be in the landfill. We never got it to work and gave up. Total piece of junk. Another big disappointment.

Beautiful house in a great location

The house is in a great location. Beautiful, clean and well stocked house. Pool was clean and had rafts to float. We enjoyed our stay in this nice house and quiet neighborhood.
