Nice vacation place!

The house was nice. Amenities were good. Pool was convenient. Get a golf cart. Car parking is almost none existent at beach access, the shopping center, etc.

Convenient beach stay

The house was so conveniently located close to the beach - the bike ride was an easy 10 minutes! We appreciated that the house had beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards & sand toys. Not having to bring all of that on vacation is a huge plus! The pool was nice too, never crowded. The location in the neighborhood is perfect, sitting on the porch overlooking the pond is so peaceful. We would definitely book again!

Fall Break

Great neighborhood. 10 min bike or drive to beach. Pickle ball, heated pool (1 of the 2),and community hot tub were great. Close to Seaside things and several beaches. We would go again!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Kraken’s Paradise! The community pool was amazing & the staff (especially Mike) were very friendly and hospitable. The house had all the amenities of home and then some. We appreciated that it came with all the beach gear needed, minus a wagon. The neighborhood was quiet & a quick 5 min drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here & we’ll be back!

Little Piece of Heaven

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. From the relaxing sound of the fountain in the pond to the bike rides along the nature trail, it was just what we needed! This cottage is so clean and equipped with everything you need for a great stay. We will be back! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your little peace of Heaven!

Beautiful Home and Neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. We brought our Daughter and some friends and had a great time! Home is well stocked with linens and everything you need for cooking. The Beach is a bit of a walk, but the Neighborhood trail makes it so much easier. Enjoyed biking and all that 30 A has to offer. We will hopefully be down there again and plan to stay here again. Thank you!

Sweet neighborhood near nature trail

We had a great time at this house over Spring Break with a group of teens. I liked being able to bike on the nature trail straight to the beach…that made it so easy. The community pool and hot tub were lovely. Pickleball courts in the subdivision. Property management was top notch. We had to contact them twice and they sent someone immediately. Also, they were understanding when one of the house bikes were stolen. Overall, would highly recommend.

Wonderful winter getaway

Two senior ladies loved our monthly stay in your charming home to getaway from winter! Our first visit to the panhandle, suited our needs perfectly. Furniture was very comfortable, linens and towels cosy and clean, management helpful and friendly. Everything was easy. Rode bikes to the Beach, which was beautiful, and Publix which was minutes away. Explored the beautiful neighborhood by bike, loving the pathways and easy access. Enjoyed reading and eating in the screened porch and the heated pool on sunny days. Thanks for the all the streaming on the TV! Could only wish for warmer weather but that is Mother Nature! We will be back!!

Absolutely Perfect!

This house was all we wanted and more! It’s size is wonderful, the porches are perfect. The neighborhood is so peaceful. We loved walking through all the sidewalks and nature trails. The pool was perfect for our 10 month and 1 year old. The zero entry was great. The trail to the beach is so cool, a quick bike ride. We would load all our babies and gear in one car, and the rest of us would bike to the beach. Loved the proximity to Seaside and Rosemary Beach eating and shopping. Publix was right on the way home from beach. All in All, we completely loved our stay. And would highly recommend!

Great Stay

We have been renting from 360 Blue for the past 7 years, but this year we decided to rent through VRBO. We were unsure if the location would work for us and if we’d miss using all of the WaterColor facilities. However, we were pleasantly surprised by how much easier it was to access the pool and the beach and bypassing all of the congestion at Watercolor. The public beach access on Hickory Street was easy to get to, the employees for chair rentals were right at the bottom of the boardwalk. No waiting in a 2 hour line every morning for first come first serve chair and umbrella rentals. I made one phone call to reserve my chairs for the week, and simply gave my name when I got to the beach every day. Plus, the chairs and umbrellas were $20 cheaper per set than at WaterColor. The rental home was also thousands of dollars less expensive than renting through 360 Blue. However, the house was the same beautiful quality as our past rentals. This experience as great for our needs, but if you have little ones, it may not be ideal to not be right on the beach.

Great House, Great Community

We stayed for a week in October. The house is great. Spacious, comfortable rooms/beds, nice decor, bunk beds the kids loved, fantastic showers, well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed every aspect of it. Reliable and fast WiFi for work. A great family spot. Couldn't have asked for more. The location was great as well. Walkable to the pool, easy access to Publix, 10-15 minute bike ride to 30A and the beach access, most of it on a nature path or quiet street. Only negative, which has nothing to do with the house itself, is that the property address does not currently show up in Google Maps or Waze. If you enter in the property address it might take you somewhere 10 or so miles away near Sandestin. Just be wary of that and use the entrance to NatureWalk to get there. Overall, fantastic property and experience. My family and I loved it.

Release the Kraken.... Kraken Paradise

Our first family vacation in several years that all attended! The Nature Walk is beautiful and our beach home was absolutely gorgeous!! We had the best time and our only regret was location to the beach. It was a longer distance than we anticipated especially with smaller children and beach supplies. A suggestion would be a complimentary taxi golf cart service running through the beautiful neighborhood on a scheduled time to help with beach supplies and distance. Then this would be a 5- Star location . Thank you again for a wonderful fam vacation!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in Seagrove Beach. The home was immaculately clean, comfortably and beautifully furnished, and the neighborhood charming. We rode the bikes all around (to the beach, Seaside, the nature preserve, etc.), swam in the pools daily, used the pickle ball courts, and relaxed on the covered porches. Definitely our favorite rental home experience to date - we'll definitely be back!

Almost perfect

We loved our stay here. In fact we extended our stay two more days when the manager reached out and offered us half price for each additional day. The only down side was the fridge water filter had not been changed so there was no water or ice available. However when we notified them they had it replaced in a couple of days. The other is the garbage disposal had no flap cover so the first time we used it debris came out every. Disgusting. That should have been reported by the house cleaners for sure. They came to look at it and had to special order a replacement which didn’t come while we were there so we just didn’t use it. The outdoor cushions could use an update but we still enjoyed spending time on the two private balconies. Also very nice to have the bicycles included in the deal. We would definitely rent this house again!

Superb!

When we arrived we were so excited to see how beautiful the community was and the ammenities both inside and out. We loved riding the bikes through the nature trail to the beach daily and also such easy access to the grocery and other shops nearby. The pool and lap pool fit the bill for late afternoon swims after spending the morning at the beach. We definitely would love to come back and stay at Kraken's Paradise. Thanks again.

Fantastic property and location .

If any place is turn key it’s this ! Clean, bright and comfortable. Pool is located with I. A minute walk, the beach is 15 minute bike ride! Fine dinning and shopping is just a 10 minute drive! 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The house is absolutely beautiful! It was immaculate and very well stocked. We didn’t realize it was so far to walk to the beach. We had three little ones with us and they couldn’t walk all the way. We had to drive to the beach every time. The description on the website made it sound that it was an easy walk to the beach. Everything else was awesome!

Clean and excellent location!

Walking distance to Publix and short bike ride to the beach! Great little neighborhood and very accommodating home! Extra beach chairs, sand toys and floats in garage as well as a ping pong table! Plenty of board games for the kids and great amenities!

Absolutely Heaven

The location is charming, friendly, and comfy. Loved it. The house completely met our expectations. We had everything we could have possibly needed. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and very close to the beach but far from traffic. We loved everything about our stay. Definitely coming back. The only recommendation we could make is to update the bikes. They’re a bit long in the tooth. Providing at least one kid’s size bike (20 inch) would’ve been great. Thanks for the stay. Can’t wait to come back.

Extremely disappointing -

We paid a premium for this property over spring break, and though the house was lovely, our stay was stressful and upsetting. I cannot in good faith recommend this property to anyone. We had two women and six girls… And our washing machine was broken for our entire stay. The first two days it washed all our clothes in hot water... even though we set it for cold...and we ruined two full loads of clothes. We had to deal with multiple repair men and had to call the property management company multiple times and had no resolution. Finally on Wednesday they offered us a one-day wash and fold service… But by then we spent three full days dealing with this. We told our girls to pack light, as we could do several loads of laundry a day… And I would have never EVER chosen a property without a functioning washing machine. I understand in travel that things can go wrong, but the property management company failed on so many levels… After speaking with other owners in the area, they concurred that this was unacceptable. The property management company offered us no restitution for our problems… The icemaker also did not work… And the keypad for the keyless entry would often stick… and on all the TVs in the home we could only access Netflix… No other channels. It was a heartbreaking experience and I will never go back. Our girls worked hard to pay for this trip and it was so stressful. I would strongly suggest to others to choose a property other than the Kraken’s Paradise. It was not a paradise for us.
