We had an amazing stay. The pool area is amazing and the kids loved it. Our refrigerator door broke and maintenance was there very quickly. So, no complaints there. Our overall experience was great!

Wonderful!

Very nice condo. The beds were comfortable. It was spacious, very clean, stocked well, and easy to get to. Only downside was that there were a lot of people. The beach and pools were crowded because of the size of the place, but I would stay here again.

Family vacation

We have been going on family vacations to waterscape for 10 years now. We absolutely love everything about it and will always return for future family vacations. The only downfall specific to this room (C503) was that the small bunkbed room has the AC unit and washing machine in it. If you have someone sleeping in there you can’t do laundry over night and it also sounds like an airplane is taking off every time the AC unit kicks on. My kids really didn’t mind it though. They loved having their own tv as well! The cleaning crew did a great job. All of the beds and couches were very comfortable. Thank you!

Nice little vacation.

We had some trouble at the beginning of our stay. They sent us the wrong code to get inside the apartment but after about 20 min wait we were able to go inside. The apartment was very clean with very big room. They turned the pantry into a very small bedroom which it’s ok if you have small children but not adults. The room is noisy because that is where the AC unit is located. I would not consider that a bedroom but it worked for us. The main bathroom shower door does not closed and need maintenance. The kitchen is fully equipped only downside are the knife that need to be sharped and the can opener needs to be replaced because it’s not working. Patio is very spacious and always in the shade. One of the chair is broken. The table was not clean. Location was great. Pools 10/10

Family Beach trip

Condo was plenty big enough for our family of 5. Able to park close to condo entrance was a big help with unloading & loading the car. The pools/splash pad and beach area was very nice.

I traveled with 3 other friends to celebrate us all turning 60 years old this year. We loved the condo. Everything is as described and pictured. Beautiful resort. We loved the lazy River. Simply beautiful

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I must say I am quite impressive with this unit. It was very cozy and felt like home. My husband loved how the couches had the electric recliners. The beds were amazingly soft and comfortable. The sheets and comforter were perfect, not to heavy or to light. I was surprised to find extra pillows, sheets, towels and all the kitchen accessories needed to suit our needs. We only had to buy our food and spices of course. Although our unit was in the back by the garage we still had a beautiful view of the beach and the pool area. We brought our wagon/beach stuff and it was literally a quick 5 minute walk to the beach only cause we had to walk through the pool area to get there. Not too shabby with an 18 month old in tote! Oh and wow the great communication I have received from the staff was beyond what I had expected. They made a point to reach out prior to our stay, during our stay to ensure we were satisfied, and at the end of our stay. We were more than satisfied and will definitely stay here again!

Great condo!

We had a great vacation and your condo helped. The proximity from condo to parking was the icing on the cake. It was very comfortable and very nice. The only thing I would suggest, is 2 things...we would have loved a full length mirror somewhere in the condo and that rug in the kitchen is a trip hazard. I can't tell you how many times I stumbled. That is the ONLY negative I have to say. We love Waterscape and this condo has been our favorite to date. Thanks for sharing with us.

We love Waterscape!

We've stayed in multiple properties at Waterscape and this is one of our favorites! The beds are super comfortable, the furniture is nice and feels like a true home away from home. The bunk beds with a mini TV was a huge hit for my 11 year old!

A great place to stay

We parked in the parking garage practically in front of our door. The view was great even though we weren’t directly up close to the beach. We could see the waves and the pool area. It only took a couple of minutes to walk past the pool area to the beach. The place was clean and decorated nicely. We enjoyed our stay.

Unit was bigger than expected and very clean. View was ok, but parking was right outside door which was great!!! Check in lady was very nice , but last day Had to ask for extra garbage bags, towels, and dishwasher aid and was told we would be charged which did not go over well. (Different lady). Lazy river was a plus will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Great place, family friendly, lots to do!

Great place to stay with lots of fun! Very clean and can’t wait to go back! It has something for everyone even the little ones have their own play area and splash pool. Highly recommend!
