“I paid Chf112.- they told me I will get a bunk bed room with sharing bathroom and toilet. I booked a double room with private bathroom. “Very clean, nice big rooms with comfortable beds. Super tea and coffee facilities 24 hours a day and very good breakfast.
It was a bit warm in ground floor room next to the road, so was too noisy and insecure to open the windows.
Expedia states that parking is included, (one of the reasons we selected this hotel) this is incorrect it is €20 a night. We had to contact the hotel to arrange this and spaces are very limited. ”

“An incredibly charming, and a well maintained historic hotel. Staff was really nice, and the breakfast (with that view) was something I looked forward to everyday. Also its location is ideal; it's right next to the Riggi train, the ferry stop and the bus stop. How perfect is that?! Got the most stunning pictures right from my room's shared balcony, morning, evening and even nighttime! Easy access to pretty much all tourist hotspots all around Lake Lucerne and other places.

“Boutique Hotel Schluessel was perfect for a remote getaway. The staff are incredibly friendly and cannot do enough for you. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean and there are lots of amenities including a self service mini bar, hairdryers and drinking water faucets in the rooms. "Small hotel reception only available till 10 pm, but we got warm welcome when check in and the reception lady very nice to introduce the must check points to us. We got upgraded so room is a bit bigger , window can open which very Europe style. Room are tidy and clean, bed also comfortable. Breakfast area are clean and service normal Europe style breakfast which is good enough.
Will recommend for a short stay here and only within 5 mins walk to train station "
