「My husband and I stayed at the cabin for a couple nights to celebrate our anniversary. The cabin was very cozy and clean! We enjoyed the provided chess game and loved kayaking the small, quiet lakes, which are connected by a channel. During our kayak ride, we saw an eagle, turtles, and fish, paddled "with" a beaver, and cruised by a loon on its nest and another out fishing. We would stay again :)」

「Negatives- beds aren’t so comfortable, upstairs toilet struggles to flush, had to turn on the hot water heater and the place could use a deep clean. Positives- great location, great air conditioning, nice cabin feeling and the deck outside was great to hangout on. Overall I’d stay again and would recommend to anyone.」

「I stayed at the property with my wife and two kids (3 & 9mo). Nate was a great host and the property was filled with activities for the young ones. The beach was great, and we loved using the kayaks and the firepit. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice relaxing spot.」

「The listing was as advertised super clean. Relaxing and fun . Fished right off the dock! Took paddle boat out once. Had steaks and corn on the cob on the gril! Josh was very responsive! Definitely reccomend this spot for a fun stay! Also everything was labled for convenience!」

「This place is exactly what is listed! Small, cozy and private. Located centrally in Idlewild, it was the perfect distance from everything. The kitchen was fully loaded with all the utensils! It was a beautiful view to wake up to. All of my questions were answered promptly by the owner, before arriving. One of the best stays I've had away from home! The hosts were great to communicate with. I would definitely stay again!」

「Great little hideaway VRBO. Stayed for 4 days. Great open space, ample kitchen and dining room. Bunk beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was a plus. Great outdoor space with big bonfire area and available wood for pit. The horse shoe pits were an added bonus. Very clean on the inside and had a great time with my kids. I think my wife would have enjoyed but this was a boys trip. Thanks for the great memories!!!」

「We like to spend a week in the woods once a year with our children and grands. This spot was perfect. The house had plenty of space. The beach was perfect and private. The lake was calm and quiet.
