「Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough 」

「Preis ist günstig. Das war’s ach schon an positivem Checkin unklar. Unter der dort hinterlegten Nummer geht keiner ran. Zimmer total dunkel. Möbel zusammen gestückelt Duschen wegen kaltem Wasser nicht möglich. Equipment der Küche unterirdisch. Bspw. fehlen Teelöffel. Es ist nur ein Topf vorhanden.
