「Heater in the room didn’t work 」

「My sister and her son and cat stayed here on their way home from Florida and said it was great for a good night’s sleep. The cat enjoyed it too.」

「Room was remodeled and comfortable. Check-in was smooth. It was a little concerning that the door had 4 locks. All things considered it was very comfortable.」

「I think everything is what would expect. Everything was clean breakfast was what said coffee all day. Room was clean plenty of towels and the replaced our remote in less then 10 minutes when we reported it didn’t work. 」

「The broken English spoken was hard to understand. This is from the front desk person. We also had an unexpected charge. 」

「This motel needs heavy remodeling. It shouldn't advertise breakfast included because it was just waffle, cereal and coffee (no coffee maker in the room). After hours, it has a video concierge that makes solving issues more complicated.」

「Beds were comfortable and water was hot. Those were the only positives. Other than that, the rooms and bathrooms were dirty. Staff was rude and beyond annoyed at basic requests like enough towels for the members of our party and putting out more very meger breakfast. Definitely skip this one.」

「That place has no wash cloth to use after a hard day at work this has been going on for 2 weeks now」

「Nothing like what the pictures show. Supposedly remodeled but was run down, filthy, no ice and vending was limited to items that looked like they had been there for quite some time. Man passed out on the steps making it difficult to get to second floor. Breakfast was a dry muffin and small bottle of imitation orange juice.」
