A great place to stay

This apartment is well placed, close to the old town. It is well equipped and did all we needed. There is some traffic noise, which some people might find distracting, but overall we were very happy with the apartment

Great location and comfort accommodation!!

Great location and very comfortable accommodation. Our rental car was able to be delivered right in front of our location. Convenient and close to shopping and many restaurants. Had a wonderful stay. Coffee and pastry bakery across the street and multi convenience shopping and groceries one block away.

Everything is perfect about this apartment. The location,the size ,the cleanness,the view (mountain)specially at night, the communication with travel Madeira office.the only reason I gave 4 the showers in the bathrooms they look fancy but not very user friendly.otherwise almost perfect.

DISAPPOINTING

The location was fine but the apartment was in a building being used commercially. A feeling of being in the wrong place. Not enough seating if more than 3 in the apartment. Showers temperamental. The positive is it is in easy reach of most places and only a 15 minute walk to the old town.

Lots of Potential but Not Up to Par

The close location for walking to the old town and the underground parking, plus the deck, attracted us to this rental. It was a very secure building. However, it was noisy way after midnight even with closed windows; some things needed much better cleaning (black mold in showers especially), and some items were broken or didn’t work well. Beds were OK. No central heat or air/conditioning. Room fans and heaters only. This rental has lots of potent but needs to replace and update things. We would not stay here again.

Comfortable apartment in Fabulous Central location

The apartment which is located on the 7th floor has wonderful views of the mountains, Santa Catarina Park and the Avendida Arriaga. It is situated in close proximity to the harbour, restaurants, shopping malls, bakery, taxis and buses- fabulous central location. This spacious condo is well equipped for four adults. The dishes, appliances and furniture were in great shape. The beautiful terrace and cable tv were used to relax after a full day of sightseeing. You will not be disappointed!

We liked the location, the two large bedrooms, the two bathrooms, the nice kitchen, the beautiful terrace and the free parking The place is however noisy and has no aircon, better have earplugs at night A bluetooth speaker is also missing, and the TV is not to standards Altogether a nice experience

Sentimo-nos muito bem neste apartamento, tão bem localizado e totalmente equipado. E, ainda, com lugar para estacionamento. A quem tem sono leve poderá incomodar o barulho de uma rua muito movimentada (que é, na verdade, o preço a pagar por tanta centralidade). Mas, após 2 caminhadas por veredas maravilhosas, o mais provável é adormecer profundamente de imediato! Experiência, no global, muito positiva e a repetir. Recomendo!

City holiday

The apartment is really in the heart of the town next to the theater. Everything is close. The down side is that also the noice level is higher (trafic, people etc.). The apartment is well equipped but we did miss the oven and the washing macine.
