The apartment is located on the 8th floor and it has a beautiful sea view from the balcony.
The lounge has a sofa, flat screen cable TV, a cozy dining area and a full width glass sliding doors leading onto a balcony directly facing the ocean with it's own table and chairs.

The apartment block is located within a secure condominium in the west side of Funchal, by a calm one way road. Due to the proximity of the sea, in this area the climate is warmest during the winter months and in the summer there is often a pleasant sea breeze to cool down the area.
There is a direct access to the coastal promenade with it's seafront cafes, bars and restaurants for walks by the ocean, jogging perhaps, or just for relaxing on one of its benches watching the boats go by.
A public swimming pool complex with sea access, (Ponta Gorda) is just 50 metres away. I
Madeira Forum Shopping Center with its' supermarket, multitude of shops, 6 screen cinema, banks, cafe's and coffee shops is just a few minutes walk from the apartment.
In the apartment block there are 2 guest lifts, a large outdoor pool free of charge, sun deck and a guest lounge.
Funchal center is 3 km away served by regular bus connections.
Up by the main road there is also an Aerobus service to and from Cristiano Ronaldo Madeira International Airport.
Coming by Aerobus from the airport, stop number 18 is the closest one to the apartment building. It takes 5 minutes by foot downhill to reach the apartment building.
Upon previous request, a taxi can be booked for airport transfers for 30,00 euros each way.
Condominium parking is provided free of charge but it is subject to availability. There is a paid parking house close by and more parking options up the road.
