    Comfortable and quiet T1 in the historic center of Funchal with great view.

    Apartment located in the historic center of Funchal, a few minutes walk from the center of the city, just below the Pico Fort.
    House recently restored and transformed into two independent T1 apartments. This little one!
    It has a modern design, very comfortable and cozy, with a magnificent view over the bay of Funchal, making it possible to watch and enjoy the fantastic fireworks display of the common terrace of the building (2 apartments) .
    Consisting of a spacious bedroom (double bed) with complete ensuite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
    It has a private garage for a car (parking A) at no additional cost.
    Excellent geographical location, close to the access to the highways, so you can travel all over the island and enjoy the beautiful natural landscapes, and close to the historic center of Funchal, and can even get around on foot.
    Wi-Fi is free.

A real gem situated on the hills of Funchal, close to the city centre. A 20 minutes walk to supermarkets, restaurants and city centre. A very clean room, extremely quiet and with a fantastic view from the terrace over the city and the ocean. Highly recommend!

What a lovely stay we had!The place is located perfectly up a slight hill (easy walk from the town) giving you an amazing view of Funchal. House was clean and had all the amenities we needed including pots and pans, there is no air conditioning so it’s worth keeping the window open at night and this was okay for us The parking spot is tight, but very convenient and a great additional amenity to a lovely home

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien (insbesondere Töpfe, Pfanne) nur bedingt geeignet.Der Seeblick war klasse. Die Zufahrt zur Wohnung und die Garage sind nur für geübte und mutige Fahrer geeignet (sehr steile Auffahrt und enge Garagenzufahrt).

Séjour merveilleux. Nous avions l’appartement du haut avec terrasse privée. Petit mais joliment rénové avec tout le nécessaire, parfait pour deux. Vue exceptionnelle de la terrasse. Stationnement dans le garage difficile mais faisable si vous êtes à l’aise de manœuvrer dans des espaces très serrés et s’il n’y a pas une autre voiture à garer. Sinon, stationnement payant dans la rue en bas (0,78 l’heure de jour et gratuit la nuit). Accès au centre historique en descente à l’aller en 15 min. à pied et tout en montée au retour dont un bon 300 m de pente raide. Mais si vous n’avez pas de problème de mobilité, ça vaut le coup.

Our holiday

Very good location. Near the city center.Very steep road to the garage, it requires good driving skills. Everything worked well. Enjoyed the sunrise from the little terrace while having breakfast. Nice view on the city and the ocean.

The property is located in an ideal location 10/15 minutes from the sea and most restaurants. It is located up a hill so as long as you don’t mind a walk it’s perfect! With lovely views down over Funchal it makes a pretty perfect base for your holiday!

La estancia fue espléndida, con todo lo necesario y en buena zona. La primera noche pasamos un poco de calor por que la casa no tiene aire acondicionado pero la casera nos trajo un ventilador. Una persona muy atenta con nosotros.

Le séjour était top, l’appart l’est également. Fonctionnel, propre, bien placé, il vous donnera envie de revenir. Préparez vous en revanche pour l’ultime montée menant à l’appartement, ça grimpe que ce soit à pied ou en voiture

Appartement voor 2 personen in Funchal

We hebben ons prima vermaakt in Funchal. Het appartement ligt een kwartier lopen van het centrum, de kust, winkelcentrum. Maar het ligt wel hoger tegen de berg en sommige straten zijn erg steil, dus je moet wel goed ter been zijn. Woonkamer is inpandig, vanuit de slaapkamer en het terras heb je een prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Prima keuken met apparatuur. Schoon.

Good location, clean apartment

Great location close to the city center. Clean apartment, host was friendly when we met him at the check in. Small terrace outside is neat in case of good whether. Essential kitchen supplies present. Garage in convient, note that it might be challenging to park a large car.
