"A great location! The only problem for me was the bed. I prefer a firmer mattress. It was a short walk to the beach and to good restaurants. "

"Our host, Ryan, provided us with constant communication. The house is conveniently located right across from the beach, making it a perfect spot for walking to all the restaurants and bars. And, the house itself was beautiful.There were a few general maintenance issues that needed addressing. I had made several attempts to communicate with the host, including sending pictures, but none of the issues were resolved within the two weeks we stayed. For instance, the grill was in such poor condition that we couldn’t use it. The upper deck string lights also didn’t work, which prevented us from enjoying the outdoor space in the evenings. Both of these issues were addressed to the host two days into our stay.These are just a few of the maintenance issues that impacted our stay."

"Andres is an amazing host and our month was so awesome that we have already booked for six weeks next winter. The location is superb - half a block to the ocean, a block to mutiple restaurants and pubs. An easy stroll to the phenomenal Betty Steflik Nature preserve! "
