“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

“Everything from the room to the staff. I got there a little late and quick call and found out I was at the wrong building but after I found where I should have been everything was great”

“We were greeted with warm smiles and kindness. Our Room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The hotel is decorated with local artifacts and colors. Breakfast was very nice, with a wide selection of breads, meats, and cheeses, and of course great coffee. The hotel has a restaurant attached and we had all of our lunches and dinners because the food and service were great! We could walk to hiking trails, the City Center, and of course the beach. We look forward to returning. ”

“Whirlpool im eigenen Appartement ist der Hammer👍 Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer sehr sauber gereinigt. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Gastgeber sehr nett und hat sich viel Zeit genommen alles zu erklären. Halter zum trocknen der Badesachen fehlte.”
