「Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön angelegt mit traumhaften Blick und Pool. Frühstück ist gut und das Personal bemüht, leider dem Ansturm von vielen Gästen oder größeren Gruppen, die zur gleichen Zeit frühstücken, nicht immer gewachsen. Da verschiedene Personen zuständig sind für Aufnahme der Getränke oder Eierspeisen. Bei vielen Leuten konnte auch das Buffet nicht immer gleich nachbestückt werden (Teller, Essen etc.), daher entweder nicht zu den Stoßzeiten frühstücken gehen oder etwas Zeit...

「Breakfast was fresh but very limited options. It was end of the season so that was probably a big factor. There is only a pool bar and no where to relax in the hotel if it is a rainy day. Again, I am sure this is only because of the time of year we went. We would love to return to the hotel when we are guaranteed the weather. 」

「The grounds were simply breathtaking. Its own private beaches with outstanding views. Quaint library room stocked with books, multiple cozy areas with plush couches all over the hotel where one can sit and relax, multiple dining areas, beautiful pools, delicious buffet breakfast, direct access to the marina walkway bringing you to multiple restaurants, cafes and shopping. 「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....
