「Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen :) das Frühstück ist ausreichend um gut in den Tag zu starten. Die Anlage wurde täglich gepflegt, ist sehr sauber und schön anzusehen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und sehr bemüht. Es gibt einen guten Parkplatz für den Mietwagen, ohne diesen ist man etwas abseits. Wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.」

「When we check in Carla was at the counter, she was EXCEPTIONAL! She was able to help us get a rental car because the reservation we made for a car rental with Orbitz Omited to let us know that a international driver’s license was required, so we could not pick up a car. She was very helpful letting us know good places to go. In general the staff was great and helpful.」

「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....
